Bharathi Gundluru founded Bharathi's Autism and Special Needs Services Private Limited, now known as BASS Autism. Initially established as Bharathi's Autism and Special Needs Services (OPC) Private Limited, the company was converted to a private limited entity effective December 2023. The organization's mission is to provide autism and related services in a professional and ethical manner, enabling children with special needs and learning disabilities to live independently and compete with their peers.
She holds a degree in autism spectrum disorder from the Spastics Society of Karnataka and a degree in intellectual disability from the NIMH, as well as various professional certifications from various universities that are all recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
She has 16 years of rich experience in various organizations, including MAA ENT Hospital, Ananya Child Development and Early Intervention Clinic, PAWMENCAP, Anokhi Aasha, and many other clinical setups.
She has always been committed to learning and implementing different techniques and therapies for treating children with special needs.
