Refund Policy for BASS Autism

At BASS Autism, we are committed to providing exceptional services to support your child's development. To ensure the smooth operation of our programs and services, we have established the following refund policy.

No Refund Policy

Please note that once the fee is paid for any of our services, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all payment structures, including:

• Consultation Fee: Consultation Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
• Assessments Fee: Assessment Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
• Monthly Fees: Monthly Fee should be made 3 days before the Due date on Every month and no refund and cancellation allowed under any circumstance once the fee is paid.
• Term-wise Fees: Term wise Fees should be made 10 days before the Due date on Every Term and no refund and cancellation allowed under any circumstance once the fee is paid.
• Group Therapy Fees:
  • For New Enrolments Fee should be made by Wednesday in order to participate in Saturday’s Group Session.
  • For Existing Enrolments, Fee should be made 3 days before the due date on Every month and No refund or Cancellation allowed under any circumstance.

No Refunds for Missed Sessions or Programs

Clients who miss their scheduled sessions or programs, regardless of the reason, will not be eligible for a refund. This policy helps us maintain the quality and consistency of our services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Therefore:

• Consultation: If you need to reschedule for future date, contact respective Branh Admin Dept
• Assessments: If you need to reschedule, for future date, contact respective Branh Admin Dept
• Monthly and Term-wise Services: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations within the current service period.
• Group Therapy: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 3days in advance to discuss potential accommodations within the group schedule.

Exceptions

In rare cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, we may offer rescheduling options at the discretion of the centre's management. Documentation may be required to support such requests.
